Friday morning’s snow is, I’m glad to say, pretty much gone. All that remains are a few patches where the snow was piled up, such as on either side of my drive (I cleared the drive but needed to put what I removed somewhere).

Mind you, it isn’t all plain sailing out on the roads. I had a rehearsal tonight in a studio in a rural setting near Chalgrove. Snow wasn’t the issue I was worried it might be a couple of days ago but it was some of the thickest fog I’ve had to drive through for a while.

At least it is getting lighter – I can now turn the lights off before I eat breakfast and I didn’t need my bike lights on to see what I was doing for locking the bicycle up when I got home tonight.
