I’m now ready to bottle my Pe’haps brew – it has reached 1.010 at 19°C and I’ve got my bottles lined up. I’ve also done a couple of other brewing related things today. Firstly, I’ve got my 3Bird brew labelled up and put away:
Secondly, I’ve used some leftover yeast from 3Bird to kick off my next slug pub brew although given that we’re now back in low spring temperatures compared to last weekend, that might take a while to get going.
