As I stood in the kitchen this morning, listening to Radio 4 online and catching up with a recent programme, I suddenly felt particularly virtuous. I had my hands in soapy water, washing off ‘disposable’ plastic plant labels for another year’s reuse and the programme was last night’s episode of The Briefing, on the subject: what is the problem with plastic?

Possibly better yet to have not bought the labels in the first place but I’ve had them for a number of years yet and I think they’ve still got a good few seasons left.
