It feels a bit nippy in Oxford at the moment, with temperatures forecast to drop lower later this week and possibly reaching 0°C or below at night by the weekend. However, I spare a thought for the citizens of Oymyakon in Siberia where temperatures have apparently dropped below -60°C. I don’t think I can even conceive that level of cold – even eyelashes get frosted up!
