I’m having a push to get my homebrew stocks back up so I’ve got another batch on the go. I’ve got a spreadsheet showing the recipes I have done so I filtered by my available ingredients and settled on the 3B recipe I did this January when I was trying to re-establish my brewing routine. It is a clone of Arkells 3B which I am imaginatively calling 3B2.
Anyway, it is in the fermentor with an original gravity of 1.041, corrected for temperature. Bottling probably next weekend but, meanwhile, that is most of the hard work done.
