Car boots, that is. I’m delighted with the capacity of the Fabia Estate’s boot. This morning, it took a full size music stand and my electro-acoustic bass without raising a sweat. The bass at least would have had to go on the back set in the old Hyundai i20. I’ve still to try the double bass in there, which will be a seats down job. However, I did give the case a go when we did our test drive and it looks like it should be able to fit without coming so far into the front of the car.
