If you looked at the leaves and thought I was setting myself up to get arrested, you probably need a botany lesson. This plant, with its trifoliate leaves, is Aloysia citrodora, commonly known as Lemon Verbena. Not a trace of THC in these leaves but they do make a refreshing hot infusion. This one is growing in a pot on the windowsill at the moment although I’ll try to get some established outside as well.

I’m also including the image in my 52photos project, in which I’m only about a month behind. The aim here was to see how quickly I could go from taking to publishing an image. It would have been just a few minutes, except I couldn’t resist spending a few more running it through my digital darkroom.
