This week I’m at a summer school in Oxford learning about Japanese Woodblock Printing. So far, we’ve been given an introduction, including a demonstration of printing, and done some carving away on a practise block to get used to the tools. We’ve also come up with a design. Here is my one:

We will have a couple of days to cut our blocks and a couple of days to experiment with the printing. I’ll add updates so you can see what this becomes.
