I’ve moved offices at work – part of the ongoing shuffle of trying to figure out what is an optimum configuration for the various groups of people in the building. No longer do I sit at the front of the building on the first floor looking out at trees (and, admittedly) across the car park but I’m down stairs on the north side, with not much of a view at all. However, as well as a chance to get to know another group of colleagues better, there is a certain advantage: no low winter sun slicing through onto the monitor.
