This is another shot in my ongoing “Looking Down on the Garden” series, taken at the end of last month. Life is bursting out with many plants already in bloom.

Growth and change is rapid at this time of year. If I manage to take another batch of photos for the set at the end of May, it will look quite different. There will barely be a patch of bare ground and most of the flowering stars will have settled back to give others their season on the stage. Glorious!
