Do you remember that we saw a mouse in the garden in January? We saw it again yesterday and then two of them today! If we see four tomorrow and eight on Monday there is an exponential cause for alarm but, even so, it is not completely welcome. They are rather cute looking and they are tidying up the seeds the birds drop from the feeders but it will not be good if they decide to move into the nice, warm, centrally heated building next to the garden (ie. our house) or nibble their way into the shelter of the polytunnel.

We shall have to give this some thought and, meanwhile, wish to make it know that there are two small dinners to go for any friendly owl in the neighbourhood!
