As I reached through the vines, I wondered why was having a problem picking a couple of small, ripe tomatoes and then I realised it was one of those comic ones:
On a photographic footnote, I took several shots mainly at ISO 800. In the event, it turned out that I got the best result by working on the severely underexposed one taken at ISO 200. That is a lesson in why it is good to experiment in-camera and not discard images too early.
