Weather reports don’t look promising for the next few days (or, at least, what they promise is various combinations of cold and wet) so we took the opportunity to have a BBQ tonight. The fire is now down to a few embers, safely covered by a couple of grilles and a lid, so back indoors to get on with other things and then (if we remember) out again later to put our fire-pit under cover before it gets soaked tomorrow.
