My tasty idea turned out to be a bit half-baked. I couldn’t load the XML files via a QR code except for the one example given, even when trying a downloaded copy of another recipe from the site. I did manage to get recipes into the application via email but inserting into the shopping list was clunky, with the whole recipe name quoted each time.

Ah well, at least the shopping list application worked okay, although it will be back to editing CSV files to import from rather than a clever recipe book link up for now.
