The home brew beer I mentioned last week has now successfully passed its initial fermentation and we have siphoned it into a pressurised keg. It now has another week or perhaps a bit more and will then be ready to try. I’m looking forward to it as the small sips that one can’t help but sample during the decanting process seemed eminently quaffable.
While that one is undergoing secondary fermentation, we will get the next brew started. Next up is a St Peter’s Brewery “Ruby Red” ale.
